30, 2026.

i. Reimburse the cake purchase to Janet Thompson
ii. Payment made & submitted for reimbursement to Water Dept.
c. Verify the office/credit card charges and other unclear financial entries with Paul.
d. Website – remove pictures, current roster, call statistics, & apparatus
e. Amended Water Board / Harbor lease wording for review
f. Compliance & Capacity Grant actual remaining balance – follow up
g. Weekly information updates to the board
h. Follow up on billing/recovery options and get a printout of what services can
legally be billed.

This is the time for the public to address the Board of Directors on any matter not on the

organization may speak for no more than 15 minutes. Those wishing to speak on a matter
that is on the agenda may do so at the time the item is taken up by the Board of Directors.
